IF I PLACE AN ORDER TODAY, WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. For all states, shipping is charged at a flat rate. We only use priority shipping. Shipping can take an additional 1-3 business days.

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS THAT MY ORDER IS SHIPPED TO?
No. Unfortunately we cannot change the shipping addresses after completed payment.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?
Once an order is received, it cannot be canceled.

HOW DO ORDERS COME PACKAGED?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all purchases will be shipped double boxed and with their original box.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase as soon as your order is placed. This confirmation email should be kept for your records until your order is complete. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a second notification with your tracking number. 

WHAT IS YOUR GENERAL ORDER PROCESSING TIME?
We make every effort to ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. If your order is more than 72 hours  old please reach out to us.

I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER, CAN I COME PICK IT UP AT THE STORE?
Yes, you can pick up your order in store. Please wait for an email stating that your item is “Ready for Pickup” if you selected “Pickup” as your delivery option.

We make every effort to have up-to-date stock counts on our website, but occasionally there may be a discrepancy in stock levels, so we may not be able to fulfill your order at the time of purchase. In this case, a refund will be issued to original payment method used.
