IF I PLACE AN ORDER TODAY, WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. For all states, shipping is charged at a flat rate. We only use priority shipping. Shipping can take an additional 1-3 business days. Keep track of your tracking number and mail carrier for updates on your delivery.

WHY ISN’T MY ORDER SHOWING UP ON THE TRACKING PAGE?
Package destination updates are determined by the mail carrier. As your package moves throughout the shipping network, your mail carrier will automatically update the current location. If your tracking number still shows no updates after three business days, please contact us at [email protected] or give our store a call during our business hours.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT IT?
Upon completion of your order, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided. If you have not received your tracking number after 3 business days, email is are [email protected] or Give our store a call during our business hours.

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS THAT MY ORDER IS SHIPPED TO?
No. Unfortunately we cannot change the shipping addresses after completed payment.

HOW DO ORDERS COME PACKAGED?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all purchases will be shipped double boxed and with their original box.

CAN YOU GIVE ME A DISCOUNT BECAUSE THE BOX WAS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVED?
We try our best to securely package our orders before drop off. If your order is destroyed during transit, we are not liable. We sincerely apologize, for inconvenience that may have caused.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase as soon as your order is placed. This confirmation email should be kept for your records until your order is complete. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a second notification with your tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

Once an order is received, it cannot be canceled.

I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER, CAN I COME PICK IT UP AT THE STORE?
Yes, you can pick up your order in store. Please wait for an email stating that your item is “Ready for Pickup” if you selected “Pickup” as your delivery option.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
For order security, we only ship to the billing address associated with your payment method. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will be canceled.

WHY IS MY PAYMENT NOT GOING THROUGH?
We use a strict address verification process. The billing address must match your provided payment method.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
